Parish Events
Our Dinner Dance Glendi is held at Jake & Telly's Greek Cuisine & Wine Bar to enjoy a Traditional Greek Four Course Dinner, usually before the Great Lenten Fast and is affordable for families to attend. A choice of Roast Lamb Shank or Baked Fish and includes soup, Greek salad, dessert and non-acholic drinks. This past March 2, we had 96 guests attend this annual event.
Pascha (Easter ) Picnic, April 27, 2008 on the church grounds. Following the Agape Vespers service (held at 12 noon), we will enjoy a whole roasted lamb along with other traditional Greek foods. The cost is $10 each for adults and $5 for children 12 and younger.
- Territory Days in Old Colorado City on Memorial Day Weekend, May 24, 25 and 26. Come visit our Greek Food Booth. Over 200,000 attend this event throughout the weekend.
- Join us for our 3rd Annual Golf Tournament at Fort Carson on August 22, 2008. This tournament raises funds for the parish and for the families of our U.S. fighting troops.
- Feastday Celebration of our patron, the Archangel Michael, Nov. 7-8
